About The HAX

Hi, I’m Ryan Goodwin and I am a professional biohacker. After years in a high-octane career, struggling with brain fog and what my wife calls “hangriness”, I discovered that I didn’t have to accept these things as simply “part of getting older” or “just who I am”.

I learned I could hack my biology to improve who I was.

I poured over studies and the latest advances in science and started small. Within days I felt different – like unbelievably different¬ – and within a week, my wife started asking what had come over me.

In the years since, I have continued to pour over every study I can get my hands on, and I am now on a mission to make the complex science of biohacking – simple. Because everyone deserves to know that their body has incredible abilities and… know how to unlock them.
